Talent Acquisition Administrator

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for recruitment?
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team for an exciting short-term project!
Key Responsibilities: Phone screening candidates and accurately detailing the positions available, matching their experience accordingly.
Conducting Teams interviews and creating detailed candidate profiles.
Providing ad hoc administrative support within the recruitment process.
Re-formatting resumes for multiple projects for consistency and professionalism.
Providing verbal feedback to candidates providing timely updates and outcomes throughout the recruitment process.
Assisting with reference checks and candidate communications.
What You Bring: Previous experience in Talent Acquisition administration or recruitment support (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and recruitment databases such as JobAdder.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
