? About the Role As part of the In-Home Care Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our new Personal Care Workers and Home Care Workers.
Your responsibilities will include posting and managing job ads and collecting, collating, and verifying compliance documents for successful candidates.
About You To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems While we prefer candidates with an administrative or talent acquisition background, we are open to training the right person.
