The Talent Acquisition Administrator will provide essential administrative support to our busy Talent Acquisition Team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the team with recruitment, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process with an emphasis on candidate experience. Other duties include: Posting job vacancies to various platforms and social media sites. Conducting reference checks, preparation of employee contracts and compliance screening. Assisting in organising and setting up for careers fairs and expos to attract potential candidates. Maintaining a database of potential candidates using established talent attraction and engagement processes. Managing the recruitment inbox and triaging emails effectively. Processing invoices using TechOne.

About you

You are a people person, have excellent attention to detail and strong computer skills with experience using databases, HR software, data entry, file and record management. You must be highly flexible, resilient, versatile, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should pride yourself on providing exceptional service and support to all stakeholders. For this role, we're also looking for: Previous experience in administrative support or recruitment (desirable). Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Innovative thinking with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to communicate with candidates over the phone.
