Your team The People Services team is responsible for providing a broad range of support services to the wider People Culture & Communications team that span across business functions including People Partner support, Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, policy interpretation, document management and Learning & Development coordination activities. 
Support the Talent Partners with volume recruitment activities. This includes reviewing and shortlisting CVs, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks  Coordinating of all candidate communication through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the candidate is supported through pre-employment phase  Management, monitoring and responding to recruitment queries and applications within service level agreement timeframes and escalating matter as required  Management of the internal job postings on the company intranet  Ad hoc administrative tasks and supporting with process improvement initiatives  Your knowledge & experience Previous experience in a coordinator/administrator role within a People and Culture team  Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment  Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail  Customer focussed approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to think innovatively and creatively to enhance processes.
