Tagaddod is looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify hiring needs and build a robust talent pipeline. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for various rolesLead the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across the organizationConduct manpower planning in collaboration with department heads, forecasting talent needs to support business growth.Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on job specificationsDrive employer branding initiatives to enhance Tagaddod's reputationManage the applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment processAnalyze recruitment metrics and data to optimize hiring strategies and processesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionConduct training and mentoring for the recruitment team, fostering best practices and continuous improvement Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in talent acquisitionPrevious experience in tech & blue collar hiringStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and toolsProven experience in managing and developing a recruitment teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metricsAbility to build relationships with hiring managers and candidatesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
