About the role The Student Experience Admissions team plays a crucial role in guiding applicants through every step of the admissions process. This team is dynamic and versatile, providing exceptional support across multiple customer service channels and ensuring every applicant feels well informed.
We're looking for a Team Leader with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences, ideally someone with a background in a contact centre environment. Experience with eCRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus, and if you bring skills in crafting and delivering successful outbound campaigns that boost retention or drive sales, you'll feel right at home. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in shaping student experiences and leading a dedicated team!
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
Out of hours work will be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program. The incumbent may be required to attend promotional events such as IE events, Expos, Career Days, Field Days, and School Engagement (internal tours/external events), when required. Eligibility to work in Australia. Please refer to the Role Descriptor for all Special Conditions.
