Location negotiable across NSW (depending on TAFE NSW campus availability)
Temporary Full-time until 30 June 2025
$201,939 package includes salary ($179,042), employer's contribution to superannuation, and annual leave loading.

About the role
As a Senior Manager Organisational Design, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organisational design strategies that are aligned with both business needs and strategic objectives. You will partner with senior leadership to understand business requirements in order to develop tailored solutions to meet business goals, whilst ensuring that solutions adhere to best practices. You will continuously assess and refine design strategies to meet evolving business needs.
About You
You will excel at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and have extensive experience leading large-scale organisation design projects, preferably in an Education or Government sector organisation. This role will require the successful candidate to have a hybrid focus to research proactive and innovative organisational design practices and have strong stakeholder nous to embed and implement including expert facilitation to ensure outcomes for multiple teams.
You will also have a passion and eagerness to work closely with internal teams such as our Business Partners to build broader Organisational Design Capability within the People Group. You will be passionate about developing a high-performing team, aligned to the core values of integrity, collaboration, excellence and a customer-first attitude through effective leadership and support.
