About the role The Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning is responsible for leading the development, supporting the implementation, and reviewing workforce strategies and systems that underpin TAFE NSW's ability to identify future workforce demands and supply of workforce capabilities.
About You You have extensive experience in strategic workforce planning within a large complex organisation and proven experience providing advice to senior stakeholders. Your strong analytical skills allow you to determine appropriate metrics to measure and forecast the medium and long-term workforce needs.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop key working relationships, which will enable you to influence business leaders to engage in strategic workforce planning in an environment of competing demands for time and resources.
You will be passionate about developing a high-performing team, aligned to the core values of integrity, collaboration, excellence, and a customer-first attitude through effective leadership and support.
