Salary Package: $135,320 includes salary ($119,757 - $132,188 p.a) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the Role: The Complex Claims Specialist provides expertise in complex injury management cases and partners closely with the business to develop and implement employee-centered programs to create a safe workplace and apply early intervention strategies to address challenges relating to workers' compensation and injury management matters.
About You: You are a compassionate and experienced professional with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and standards of practice from Insurance and Care NSW, the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA), and SafeWork.
You will have a solid working knowledge of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and the Workplace Injury Management and Compensation Act 1998.
You can demonstrate a high level of empathy and professionalism in handling sensitive cases, ensuring that clients receive the support and assistance they need during challenging times.
Highly Regarded: Experience in managing medically complex, litigated, or severe injury claims will be highly regarded.
