About the role
In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide and support a group of teaching teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training that meets the needs of our students.
You will play a key part in shaping and enhancing the student experience, fostering a culture of excellence across Business Management & TAE within the Digital, Business & Finance Faculty.
Your leadership will enable Business Management & TAE teaching disciplines to achieve its objectives by ensuring alignment with the overarching goals.
By working closely with educators and key stakeholders, you will contribute to continuous improvement in teaching standards, student outcomes, and overall academic performance.
Highly Desirable
VET (Vocational Education and Training) expertise at a leadership level.
Demonstrated knowledge relevant to the specific vocational space.
About You
You will play a key role in implementing the Faculty plan, ensuring strong leadership while delivering an outstanding learning experience for our students.
Your expertise in educational and technical strategy will be essential as you provide advice on the effective delivery of education and training programs.
Your commitment to promoting innovative learning strategies will help meet the diverse needs of our learners, including those facing disadvantage, ensuring that all students have access to high-quality education and support.
