We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse and Distribution Manager to join our team. The position will support our Supply Chain team in the US.
Your duties will include:
Leading and managing the Scottsdale warehouse and distribution team operations Monitoring the transactional aspects of all work performed to ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company requirements Identifying areas of improvement in process and efficiency and establishing innovative solutions Managing the storage and control of spare parts Delivering a high level, customer-focused service Providing timely and meaningful management, budgeting and performance reporting and analysis information to the Supply Chain Manager, Program Managers and Finance Manager for use in monthly reporting The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum 5 years leadership/supervision experience in a maintenance or production warehouse environment Broad knowledge of and experience in warehousing and material management practices Broad knowledge of and experience working in heavily regulated working environments/industries Broad knowledge of and experience working with international and domestic freight Ability to lead, communicate, organize and administer staff Sound information technology knowledge Highly aware of techniques in effectively managing customer relations Actively support team cohesion via inclusivity and diversity Experience in modern stock take management techniques Proficient in and aware of National Chain of Responsibility legislation An entrepreneurial spirit with an innovative nature Able to demonstrate the communication skills required to clearly articulate visions, issues and outcomes Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and exercise the highest degree of discretion A passion and drive to deliver to keep their customers flying. Minimum 10 years of Aircraft MRO or similar highly legislated industry (Medical, Chemical, Foods) part/stock management environment experience Experience and ability in providing effective reporting to customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
