Who are we? Blueprint Career Development has been operating as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO#30978) in Queensland since 2003. Over that time, we have progressively increased our course offerings and currently deliver business, training and assessment, hospitality and personal development courses and qualifications throughout Queensland and other states on demand.
Our reputation for supporting our students and responding to how they learn best has allowed us to bring on board another experienced, engaging and motivated trainer and assessor for our TAE40122 Certificate IV Training and Assessment qualification.
TAE40122 Trainer and Assessor Classroom and Online delivery Reporting to the Training Manager and joining a team of passionate trainers and assessors who have worked in the VET sector for many years, you will be responsible for training and assessing our TAE students.

We've created a variety of programs using blended learning and online delivery, and we continue the support our students after the workshops with an extensive library of videos, tailored training manuals, phone support and homework clubs facilitated by our trainers and assessors.
The variety is that you will be delivering any or all of the following:
1-day TAE40116 upgrade to TAE401225-day TAE401122 Teacher Accelerate Program12-day TAE40122 ProgramWeekly live Zoom Sessions.We deliver these programs to High School Teachers, RTO staff and the general public. Training locations include South East Queensland, Central and Far North Queensland, NSW, TAS and Victoria. Some travel will be required.
What do you need to be considered? To be considered for the role of TAE Trainer and Assessor, you must have:
TAE50111/TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; orTAE50211/TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development; orA higher level qualification in adult education such as a Graduate Diploma in Adult and Vocational Education and TrainingIn addition to the requirements specified above, you will have:
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a friendly dispositionA strong work ethicComputer literacy, especially using online learning platforms, word processing, presentation packages and online webinar software.Most importantly - you must demonstrate a sound understanding of compliance within the VET sector, be familiar with ASQA, JSA, JSCs and NCVER and be able to tell us what you love about the VET sector. You must also have a recent and ongoing professional development history around teaching and learning in the VET sector.
