Our successful operations are underpinned by superior performance and the strength of our relationships.Wilson Security are looking for Tactical Security Guards for retail sites across Darwin.Working at a local retail shopping centre, you will act a Static/Customer Service Guard and ensure general safety of the public amongst other responsibilities.You must thrive when it comes to providing exceptional customer service and you will be resilient and patient as you deal with issues daily. Importantly, you will be well presented and you MUST have excellent communication skills.The position function includes:Ensuring safety of the general public inside the retail facilityGeneral foot patrols and ensuring alarms are responded to quickly.Dealing with issues and conflict professionally in a timely mannerCustomer service securityGeneral ad hoc security duties as requiredRole requirements:NT Security LicenseCurrent valid Driver's licenseCurrent First Aid qualificationFull Working rights and availabilityExcellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skillsStrong multitasking abilityStrong customer service skills and resilience to work within a fast-paced environmentWilson Security is an employer of choice, and we engage with our people using a number of mediums, including online and in person.
