You will thrive on solving complex recruitment and business problems and thinking creatively about attraction strategies in a competitive market.Our position is open to those based in Melbourne and Sydney.You'll also needProven, current and well demonstrated experience, performance and capability as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Specialist, recruiting for external talent in a TA function, RPO or Recruitment agency environmentProven track record of excellent stakeholder management skills, including strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsAbility and willingness to adapt and recruit across different divisions, initiatives and role types as required.
