Job Description Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify the best talent for various roles within the organisation.Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with HR colleagues to enhance recruitment processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.Utilise recruitment metrics and data analysis to track performance and identify areas for optimisation.The Successful Applicant Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health care industry.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.What's on Offer Why Join This Business?
