This position is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various computer systems and software applications within the organisation. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring system stability, and maintaining efficient operations.
You will also:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.Provide technical support for end-users, assisting with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.Assist in network troubleshooting and maintenance, resolving connectivity problems and configuring network devices.Maintain system performance by proactively monitoring and updating software and hardware to ensure security and efficiency.Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides and troubleshooting procedures.Provide after-hours support on a rotating basis, including weekends, and be available for short-notice travel to Hamilton Island.About You
You are a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a strong customer service focus.
You will also have:
Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting (Essential)Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) (Essential)Proficiency in MS Active Directory, Citrix, and common software applications including M365 and Adobe Creative Cloud (Essential)Driver's Licence (Essential)Experience in the hospitality industry (Desirable)If you are ready to take the leap into your next role where you will make a difference every day, we would love to speak with you.
