As the Systems Support Administrator, you would provide exemplary level 1 support for a variety of in-house maintained systems.
Create quotes for Otracom and Consent requests for Manufacturer Access Requests.
Assist with projects such as Training Documentation and Data Cleanse requirements.
Interpersonal skills and a passion for learning is essential, with the primary goal to establish yourself as one of our Otracom subject matter experts, applying your knowledge in support of the team and customer base.
Duties to include Daily contact to discuss support requirements and troubleshoot end user issues.
Working closely with our Kewdale office and site based operational personnel to resolve any system related issues such as password resets, new user setups, reference data maintenance.
Providing support and assistance to users, ensuring the efficient operation of systems and applications.
This role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining system integrity, and facilitating user training and documentation.
Answer calls, provide support and troubleshoot a wide variety of end user-based requests and incidents.
Follow up with users to ensure that requests have been satisfactorily resolved.
Participate in knowledge creation activities and uphold the integrity of the Otracom Knowledgebase Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on new systems and applications.
Create user guides and documentation to support self-service.
About you This role would suit someone with previous experience in either a Call Centre environment, Customer Service or Operations Administrator, with knowledge of fleet management within the mining sector & be able to demonstrate the following: If you have experience and exposure to the following, we would love to speak with you: Demonstrated capacity to problem-solve encompassing both data-related challenges and system hierarchy issues.
Demonstrated high level customer service and communication skills, including ability to communicate clearly and understand and adapt to different audiences, in the provision of user support for enterprise systems.
Experience using the Microsoft O365 platform/Sharepoint An understanding of ITSM systems and customer service principles.
Desire to work in a team environment, multi-task and work to deadlines.
Confidently conduct online training and demonstrations.
Can-Do' Attitude and customer-focused approach.
