Position OverviewThis role will be working within a small internal team servicing a national business based in our Fremantle office.
We are looking for a Systems Support Administrator with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work autonomously to join our team in a varied and dynamic role.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will be diverse and include opportunities for skill development.
Typical duties will include but are not limited to:
Maintaining strong ICT Support standardsAdministration of server/network infrastructure and backup managementFacilitating a Cloud-1st approach to data residence, service provision and securityConsulting on Azure data architecture, security, migration and availabilityUpskilling existing staff in Azure Data practices to improve capabilityNational ICT Support escalation point and local support of central west staffSkills & Experience - RequiredExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously while maintaining service standardsStrong and proactive work ethic, punctual and reliableDemonstrated initiative, problem solving and time management skillsSkills & Experience - PreferredExcellent knowledge of applications including Exchange Online, Active Directory, EntraID and Microsoft 365Strong PowerShell skillsSignificant experience Azure infrastructure (design/deploy/support)Autodesk knowledgePrevious experience using IT Support RMM and ticketing platformsExposure to Cyber technologies and strategyHardware troubleshooting – Dell/HP/FortinetBenefits of ACORAttractive remuneration package, commensurate with experienceEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounts on everyday products and servicesRegular social and fundraising eventsOngoing learning & development100% employee owned companyPlease include a cover letter and resume with your application.
