About the role Working within our Business Support team within Shared Services, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support to our HRIS and Finance systems, including Kronos (which we use for Award Interpretation, rostering/scheduling, and time and attendance), and SCP (our ticketing system). You will also support and participate in other project related activities within Business Support and the wider Shared Services team. This is a 12 month contract full-time role with flexible location.
Key Responsibilities Provide frontline support and administration of our core systems; HRIS, SCP, and Finance systemsAssist the Functional Administrators in:System configuration, award interpretation, rosteringUpgrades, roll-outs, roll-backsBAU and Project deliverablesAction and escalate tasks received through tickets, calls, meetings, emailsComplete all transactional / data entry processes in compliance with LWB policy, procedures and practices, external funding body requirements and relevant legislationDevelop strong relationships with stakeholders (Shared Services, ICT, P&C, and beyond) to assist ensuring HRIS solutions match business requirementsDocument system diagrams and flows, processes and procedures, user guides and training materials, testing (end-to-end, UAT etc.), and communicationsProvide training to end-users as neededWork with stakeholders to understand feedback and suggested improvements to customer serviceUtilise system and business knowledge to assist end users in optimising use of the systems and ensure legislative complianceProvide ad hoc support to Shared Services managementSkills & Experience Demonstrated experience providing systems support for any of IT, Payroll, HR and/or labour management systems, preferably KronosExceptional communication skills, including written and verbalDemonstrated experience providing timely and accurate customer service and support in high transaction environmentDemonstrated experience in working with attention to detail, accuracy and managing sensitive and confidential informationDemonstrated experience in working to deadlines and prioritising tasksDemonstrated problem solving skills and customer service experienceDemonstrated ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines and produce quality workSuccessful candidate will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
