You will join a highly engaged IT Infrastructure team centralised in Sydney. As Infrastructure Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise around messaging, file transfers & cross system interfaces.Top Role Accountabilities:Providing Production support, implementation & design services to IT Systems & IT Infrastructure business lines around messaging, file transfers & cross system interfaces.Coordinating integration between IT Systems & IT Infrastructure Integration/domain specialists on approved development projects, providing consistent & efficient Integration solutions in line with the strategic Global architectural direction.Evaluating, reviewing & making recommendations for upgrades, enhancements & improvements for futureproofing & compatibility to existing middleware/messaging, API & file transfer infrastructure.Installing, configuring, implementing, maintaining & documenting IBM MQ-series, Microsoft BizTalk, Apigee Edge & RedHat Fuse & their related components.Providing technical support to development & infrastructure projects.Providing production support within business hours & out of hours via on-call support.Maintaining full documentation of systems, fault resolutions, & incident investigations.Testing of new software releases, patches & upgrades.Problem solving & management of Incident/Problem Reports as required including after-hours on-call support.Development & maintenance of Technical, Procedural & User documentation.To be successful in the role, you will have:Experience in an API, integration & messaging support role.Experience with MQ, BizTalk &/or Apigee.A Customer focused approach to work with the ability to manage & deliver multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills & an ability to work collaboratively within a fast-moving organisation.You must be available to work outside normal working hours as required & be part of the On-Call roster.Applicants must hold valid work rights for this role.Our Values:Rabobank values inclusion, belonging, & positive experiences for all.
