Your role: Provide IT support to our B2B & B2C customers across WADesign and implement server infrastructureFirewall configuration and administrationOn-site and remote supportMonitoring and management of networks and serversActive Directory & Exchange maintenanceManage backup systemsWorkstations and server configurationAssist and support staff members in our Fremantle and Esperance officesYour Qualifications/Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac workstations, peripherals, printers, and mobile devicesProficient in Windows Server 2012/16/19Proficient in VMware or Hyper-VProficient in Active Directory and ExchangeProficient in Remote Desktop ServicesKnowledgeable in Office 365, Azure and AWSMicrosoft, Cisco, and Fortinet certifications are highly regarded, but not essential.On-site training will be provided with a view to increase your skills and exposure to many different environments and solutions.
