Green Light are assisting an Australian owned company that is renowned for delivering IT Support and Systems with the need for a Systems Engineer focused on the SOE environment! This is a fantastic chance to support one of our enterprise-class customers within our infrastructure team, delivering both operational and project services.
About the Engagement
In this role, you'll handle SOE packaging, task sequencing, and the administration and support of Windows 10 and 11. Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology solutions, all while collaborating in a dynamic and engaging team. Sound like your kind of role? You'll just need some of the following: Strong knowledge of Intune and SOE environment setup and management Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Active Directory (Group Policy Management) Knowledge of Microsoft Defender Application Control (WDAC) Strong scripting ability in PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch Experience with task sequencing and endpoint configuration Proven experience in large-scale software deployments Ability to maintain and enhance configurations, user policies, and security settings using Intune Familiarity with best practices and ITIL processes Experience performing hardware and operating system upgrades Provide maintenance and enhancements for desktop operating system images (physical and virtual) Additional Requirements: Active Australian Government security clearance (NV1 essential) ITIL certification (desirable) About our client
