With ample development opportunities, a supportive team, and perks like a fitness passport and corporate health insurance, you'll thrive in this environment that values your professional and personal well-being.What You'll Be DoingYou'll oversee the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our digital workplace, from M365 applications like Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.Your troubleshooting skills will shine as you handle incident management, service requests, and user support, ensuring seamless integration across workplace platforms.Play a role in designing and deploying new features, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring compliance with our security standards.You'll work closely with our IT Systems, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment, and you'll have the opportunity to work with vendors and consultants.Assist in IT audits, budgeting, and licensing management, while also participating in Agile development projects that make a direct impact on our digital workplace.Experience RequiredHands-on experience with Microsoft 365, particularly in managing Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and related digital tools.Experience administering Atlassian platforms and ITSM integrations.Background in Level 2-3 troubleshooting, problem management, and platform customization within a mid-to-large IT environment.A solid understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both tech and non-tech colleagues.About The CompanyWe are partnering with a large financial institution headquartered in Newcastle, who utilise the latest technologies to serve over half a million Australians.
