Computer Troubleshooters - Bunbury is hiring a new Systems Engineer / IT Support Technician to support our growing client base.
This role will be based in our Bunbury offices and is not a Hybrid role.This role is available full-time as a Level 2 or 3 Systems Engineer.
We are more interested in the personal and technical qualities than the experience level.We pride ourselves on offering the best service and support in the business, and have an array of large and complex clients to support throughout many business verticals.The job will involve consulting, quoting, implementing and supporting all general ICT enquiries from our varied contract client base.
This will include becoming familiar with and managing software environments such as: Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID, MFA, Office Applications, Sharepoint), Supporting applications, Medical Software (Best Practice), Cloud based VOIP, Managed security systems and many others.
