Cloud Experience: Preferably in Azure and Microsoft 365. Endpoint Management: Familiarity with enterprise endpoint management tools such as InTune and SCCM. Cybersecurity Focus: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, and experience with cybersecurity tooling. Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex issues and find innovative solutions.
