Position: Systems EngineerLocation: PerthSalary: $90,000 - $110,000 + SuperJob Type: Permanent, full-timeOpportunity Overview:We're looking for a Systems Engineer with practical, hands-on experience in Microsoft modern workplace solutions.
This role is 100% on-the-tools, where you'll be involved in projects, managing systems, systems administration and implementing technologies like Autopilot, Intune, M365, and Autopilot.
You'll work in a supportive environment with senior leaders who'll help you grow your skills and advance your career.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
You'll also have good communication skills, enabling you to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Perks:Working-from-home options available (2-3 days per week).Work with enterprise customers, utilizing modern technologies.Autonomous role within a supportive and collaborative team environment.Career development and upskilling opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Work on IT projects involving Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Intune.Provide systems administration to the internal infrastructure.Help configure and manage cloud security settings, including access controls, security policies, and data loss prevention.Set up and maintain Active Directory environments, including Azure AD and identity synchronisation tools.Use Intune for device management and application deployment, improving user experiences.Write and use basic SQL scripts to support systems and databases.Assist with setting up conditional access policies and other security measures to keep systems safe.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across M365 and Azure environments.Role Requirements:5+ years in IT, including hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.Experience implementing Intune for device management and app deployment.Experience implementing Autopilot.Knowledge of cloud security practices like data loss prevention and access control.Experience writing and using SQL scripts.Basic PowerShell scripting skills are a bonus but not essential.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
