Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology) Full time We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Systems Engineer who has experience working for an IT Systems Integrator or Managed Service Provider.
Working full time (38 hours) Monday to Friday.
A mix of working from our client sites, home and the Muswellbrook office.
This role would suit someone living between Maitland and Scone, or willing to relocate.

This role is responsible for providing technical solutions for our clients, including problem resolution, product installation, configuration, testing and product/service recommendations.
With our front line team taking care of triaging, you will service clients suited to your professional skillset, ensuring a positive experience for both you and the client.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Implementation of Windows Servers, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Networks and Virtual environmentsAssisting in planning and managing roll-outsProviding on-site and remote support to customersManaging tickets, job priorities and process incoming calls, ensuring SLA's are metReporting on trends in the market and within the customer base, staff progress and new initiativesWho we are looking for: This is a customer facing role who will need to have excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as being highly technical.
The role requires a large amount of autonomy, so a candidate who has good time management and organisational skills will be heavily favoured.
Technical skills required include:
