What you will be doing: Support and configuration of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments  Configure server and networking infrastructure for onsite implementation Configure, troubleshoot, and remediate issues with enterprise networking hardware, virtualised infrastructure, SAN storage, VDI/Terminal Services and wireless deployments  Manage and maintain the data centre Occasionally act as an after-hours emergency support escalation point What you need:  Experience working in a similar role for an MSP - essential Advanced understanding of end-user support, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Proven ability to configure and provide advanced troubleshooting of complex highly available, multi-site networks In-depth understanding of IT security concepts and experience engaging with next-gen AV and EDR solutions, SSL, 2FA/MFS, and UTM Strong virtualisation skillset in VMWare, SAN storage, VDI and related technologies A current Australian driver's license They will interview next week!!
