As a Systems Engineer, you will be the team Subject Matter Expert and be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the ClearTrack Gen AI and Assets platform, built on Kubernetes infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include: Implementing the central Gen AI and Assets Platform Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and software Monitoring system performance to ensure reliability and availability Troubleshooting and resolving software and network issues Managing system security with regular updates and patches Collaborating with IT and development teams to integrate new technologies Creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations and procedures Ensuring data backup and disaster recovery processes are in place Contributing to continuous improvement of infrastructure-as-code practices and CI/CD pipelines Leading a small, cross-skilled team In addition, you will also be responsible for: Project Delivery: Ensuring on-time and within-budget completion of system upgrades, implementations, and other projects Security Compliance: Adherence to security protocols to prevent breaches and vulnerabilities Documentation Quality: Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date system documentation Performance Metrics: Improving system performance and efficiency, with faster processing times and reduced latency System Uptime: Ensuring high availability and minimal downtime for systems and networks About the Generative AI and Assets team The National Generative AI and Assets team is at the forefront of a strategic growth area for Deloitte, driving transformation and innovation across the firm's largest and most important client offerings.
Operating within Deloitte's Strategy, Transformation & Innovation office, we are leveraging Design, AI, and Software Development to automate and revolutionize key processes, while fostering a community of forward-thinking developers.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer, preferably with a focus on Generative AI Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferable Experience with platform and software development, and release management in a mature managed services environment Technical Skills: Cloud technologies and platforms such as Azure or Amazon AWS UNIX/Linux deployment and configuration management TCP/IP networking, databases, messaging, and security Knowledge of and experience with DevOps tools and techniques such as Infrastructure as Code and Immutable Infrastructure Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, ADO, ArgoCD, and DevSecOps technologies Experience with writing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, or OpenID Connect Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds Why Deloitte?
