Systems Change & User Support Officer

Location: Hobart

Salary: 81k - 84k + super

Contract length: 12 months +

We are looking for a candidate with a strong user-centered mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with business users.
You should be able to interpret change request documents, identify system capabilities, and translate that into clear, actionable support strategies for users.
About the Role:This position reports to senior leads and sits between the technical team making system changes and the end users.
The role requires you to:
Analyse system changes and identify their real impact on end users.Assess the current state of system usage and understand how enhancements will shape future processes.Determine the necessary support users will need, such as training or resources.Create communication materials to keep users informed of system updates and the benefits of these changes.Liaise closely with end users to understand their concerns and ensure a smooth transition through the changes.If you're interested, feel free to reach out to discuss the role further.
