PURPOSE OF THE ROLE You will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems effectively support our business objectives and roadmap.
This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, system capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
You will be responsible for maintaining a specific business application roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals and drives continuous improvement.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES Business Performance Analysis: Analyse business performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimisation.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into system performance and impact on business outcomes.
Roadmap Development and Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and business objectives.
Regularly review and update the roadmap to reflect changing business needs and technological advancements.
Technical Guidance: Assist in the development and implementation of system solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and captured in application documentation Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Documentation and Communication: Assist in the development of, and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processes, configurations, and user guides.
Support Core teams in technology with their needs via SME capability Risk and Compliance Governance Review the Risk and Compliance Controls within S&S Champion and embed a culture of risk mitigation across S&S Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks What experience you'll bring; Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst with a focus on business performance and roadmap development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with roadmap development and management tools is preferred.
