Bluebell Research Australia seeks an experienced Systems Analyst to strengthen our IT landscape by analyzing, designing, and implementing effective solutions. This role integrates key responsibilities from systems analysis, business analysis, and IT support, ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in technical support, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyse business requirements, developing documentation to support IT project planning, system functionality, and user needs. Identify areas for improvement within existing systems, develop recommendations, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and user experience. Provide support for hardware, software, and network systems, including troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and maintaining secure connectivity across devices. Use tools like Service Now and Remedy Force for efficient handling of change requests, incident tracking, prioritization, and escalation to meet service level agreements. Identify opportunities for streamlining IT support processes, developing action plans, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures to assist end users and support training initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience in a Systems Analyst, IT Support, or Business Analyst role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional IT solutions.
Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now, Remedy Force) and systems administration, including Active Directory and VPNs.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
