Hourly rate temporary contract appointment ranging $80 per hour plus 11.5% super to $110 per hour plus 11.5% super.
The rate of pay will be defined with the candidate based on skills, experience, or expertise on Salesforce Administration and Systems experience.
Must be Adelaide South Australia based as 3 days from the office will be required and some days can be negotiated for the right candidate.
All applicable award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation for this role.
Position Overview: They are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Adelaide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce platform.
This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and the ability to work closely with various departments to optimize our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes.
Provide end-user training and support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance business operations.
Ensure data integrity and implement data management best practices.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features and recommend improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
