As a Systems Advisor within People Operations, you will be at the heart of Suncorp's HR technology, delivering operational excellence and guiding system enhancements that streamline our people processes.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across HR platforms like PeopleSoft, collaborate with internal and external partners, and contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience.
If you have a strong technical background in HR systems and enjoy influencing key stakeholders, this role is ideal for you.
What You'll Do Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and solutions to support system improvements, upgrades, and compliance requirements Manage tickets raised by the business relating to system functionality questions or system issues Work with stakeholders to identify, plan, and deliver system-related projects that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Conduct data validation, cleansing, and performance analysis to ensure high data quality and alignment with business goals Build strong relationships with internal teams and manage technical partnerships with vendors like IBM and Deloitte What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business or IT (desired). 5+ years in a functional or advisory role with HR platforms, including 2+ years with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems. Strong skills in data analysis, process design, and systems management; experience with project management and Agile practices. Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
