Information Management & Technology Services (IMTS) is the University of Wollongong's (UOW) central IT provider, responsible for delivering to the campus community a robust infrastructure platform enabling the delivery of services and support in line with strategic and operational requirements.
We are seeking a Systems Administrator with technical expertise and a proven track record in supporting the technical operations of Unix, Global Monitoring, Cloud and email platforms to play a pivotal role in the elevation of UOW's infrastructure.
You will have exceptional communication skills to articulate and advise a diverse range of stakeholders on complex information. You will engage your negotiation and influencing skills to ensure priorities are aligned with our overall strategy and will deliver quantifiable results.
The Systems Administrator will require a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills combined with experience in customer service operations including management of feedback and complaints. You will enjoy working in a team environment, sharing knowledge and collaborating to meet changing demands and tight deadlines.
