Agriculture and Fisheries (Organisation site) Platforms; Information and Technology Partners; Corporate; Brisbane City ITP provides quality ICT services to 7 state government agencies through a centralised business and corporate partnership model.
Joining our dedicated ITP team means you will have the opportunity to make a difference in delivering innovative and effective information technology and information management services and solutions that manage and protect the food, fibre and other natural resources of Queensland.
As our System Administrator - SharePoint you will: Provide second and third level support to clients for enterprise business applications, with a focus on the Microsoft SharePoint Platform, Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate.
Work with multidisciplinary teams and vendors in resolving incidents and requests according to service standards and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Write and maintain clear process documentation and standard operational procedures (SOPs).
Provide advice to management, clients, and team members on Microsoft SharePoint Platforms, Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate.
Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to participate in application development, continuous improvement, testing, and maintenance.
Participate in operational programs and projects including the enhancement of the systems or information to support changing business needs.
Foster and role-model a work environment that values performance, improvement, innovation and outcomes and knowledge sharing within the business unit.
Actively participate in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture where team members enjoy coming to work, and ethical practices, workplace safety, equity, and diversity are valued.
The relevant SFIA skills for this role are: Application Support (ASUP) Level 5).
Change management (CHMG) Level 4.
Customer Service Support (CSMG) Level 4.
Programming/software development (PROG) Level 3.
Specialist Advice (TECH) Level 4.
