About usRedox is a ASX listed, leading raw material and ingredients distributor with 16 regional offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and North America.We bring the best products from around the world to clients in over 170 unique industries.Established in 1965 with more than 400 staff and sales over $ billion dollars last financial year, Redox is an Australian success story that strives to maintain the energy of a start-up.We value and promote innovation, with swift implementation of sound ideas and modern solutions.Join the team today and help us improve our operations.The PositionAs a Systems Administrator at Redox, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and spearheading innovative projects.Your daily responsibilities will include: Providing expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues with efficiency and precision.Analysing, designing, implementing, and managing new software integrations to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Planning and managing the lifecycle of system upgrades and new software implementations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum improvement.Ensuring the continuity and optimal performance of our Microsoft HyperV server environment, addressing any issues proactively.Monitoring the health of our network and all fixed and mobile devices, maintaining high standards of reliability and security.Managing the network infrastructure, including configuring DNS, routers, switches, and implementing firewall policies, with a preference for Fortigate firewalls.Maintaining Microsoft Exchange (M365), Active Directory, Group Policy, and DFS, ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.Supporting our IP telephony system, with a particular focus on troubleshooting VOIP issues.Redox is embarking on significant projects to modernize our infrastructure with cloud-based technologies, primarily using Microsoft Azure and M365.While maintaining existing systems will be a key part of your role, you will also play a crucial role in these transformative projects, leading major implementation efforts.Our hybrid office is located in South-Western Sydney, offering a great opportunity to achieve a better work/life balance without the long commute to the CBD.About youTo be considered for this role you must have: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration and support across the team.A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Systems Administrator, demonstrating solid expertise and reliability.Extensive experience managing and maintaining core physical infrastructure, including HyperV Nodes, Virtual Machines, network switches, and routers.Proven experience in conducting on-premises migrations to cloud technologies, such as Azure blob storage, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.Demonstrated proficiency in executing project implementation work with Microsoft technologies, particularly Windows servers, Microsoft Teams, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, O365 Exchange, and managing Fortigate firewalls.Experience troubleshooting SIP and ensuring the reliability of our IP telephony system.If you're a skilled IT professional looking for a dynamic role with a forward-thinking company, we'd love to hear from you.Rewards & Benefits Salary package inclusive leave loading Company-performance-based bonus paid bi-annually Annual Salary review Lunch provided daily onsite Paid Volunteer Day Friday afternoon socials 10mins from M5 motorway Secure onsite parking
