Systems Administrator (Level 2/3)

Our Client is looking for a Systems Administrator (Level 2/3) to design, implement, and maintain their IT infrastructure.
Sydney Based / Permanent VMware / Windows Server / Citrix / Intune / O365 $110k - $125k + Super (Depending on Experience) Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications and services. Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions with Microsoft Azure. Ensure IT systems and network security through appropriate measures, monitoring, and incident response. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance monitoring. Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies. Manage Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and access controls. Configure and maintain virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware. Requirements: Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/19/22, VMWare 6.7 and AWS Cloud environment, Citrix7 Virtual desktop and application Microsoft Active Directory, Entra AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, basic networking MS-Office, Office 365 suite, Teams and the standard desktop applications Familiarity with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware.
