This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT infrastructure management and eager to advance their career.Key Responsibilities:Citrix Environments: Manage and maintain Citrix environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.SCCM Deployment: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot SCCM environments, handling MDM, patch management, and system updates.Network Infrastructure: Oversee SD-WAN and LAN infrastructure, including Cisco Switching and Routing systems.Webex Calling: Administer Webex Calling and Contact Centre solutions while managing Meraki switches and wireless access points.VxRail Operations: Oversee VxRail Hyperconverged Infrastructure operations in Active-Active vSAN Stretched Clusters.Technical Escalations: Act as the senior lead for technical escalations from Service Desk Levels 1 and 2, providing expert-level support for complex technical issues.Mentorship: Mentor junior team members in troubleshooting and problem resolution.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration.Hands-on experience with Citrix VDA, application deployment, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in SCCM deployment, management, and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of network and voice management, including SD-WAN, LAN, Cisco switching/routing.Experience with Webex Calling and Contact Centre administration.Proficiency in managing VxRail, vSAN, and VMware virtual servers.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical escalations effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
