What you'll do: As a Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing various IT infrastructures. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing Citrix environments, deploying SCCM environments, overseeing network infrastructures, administering Webex Calling solutions, and acting as the senior lead for technical escalations. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members in troubleshooting and problem resolution. This role requires a high level of commitment, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.
Manage and maintain Citrix environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot SCCM environments, handling MDM, patch management, and system updates.Oversee Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure, including Cisco Switching and Routing systems.Administer Webex Calling and Contact Centre solutions while managing Meraki switches and wireless access points.Oversee VxRail Hyperconverged Infrastructure operations in Active-Active vSAN Stretched Clusters.Act as the senior lead for technical escalations from Service Desk Levels 1 and 2, providing expert-level support for complex technical issues. What you bring: The ideal Systems Administrator will bring a wealth of experience in system administration along with hands-on experience with Citrix VDA. Proficiency in SCCM deployment is essential along with strong knowledge of network and voice management. Experience with Webex Calling administration is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical escalations effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration.Hands-on experience with Citrix VDA, application deployment, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in SCCM deployment, management, and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of network and voice management, including SD-WAN, LAN, Cisco switching/routing.Experience with Webex Calling and Contact Centre administration.Proficiency in managing VxRail, vSAN, and VMware virtual servers.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical escalations effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
