BENEFITS
Bulk Nutrients offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to grow your career in System Administration. As part of the digital transformation team you will have opportunities to support broad digital initiatives that will help shape the future of Bulk Nutrients.
Bulk Nutrients has multiple sites in southern Tasmania. This role will primarily be based in Grove, but will also provide support to our Huntingfield offices. This position is a genuine 38-hour week so you can find that work/life balance.
It is full-time, and after completing the probation period, we are open to negotiation to work from home one day per week.
We highly value staff who are willing to continue learning throughout their career. As such we support professional development opportunities that provide value to the business.
All personal IT requirements for the role will be supplied, including a mobile phone.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
First and foremost, we're looking for a candidate who will be a great fit for our team! Culture is very important to us at Bulk Nutrients, and we value a curious mindset and someone who is willing to make the next person's job easier.
Ideally, you'll have at least 5 years experience in a similar role within a small to medium-sized IT environment. A tertiary qualification in information technology, relevant industry certifications, or equivalent experience is essential. Additionally, having a current driver's license is required.
The nature of IT administration is that some work is required outside of regular hours to minimise the impact on business operations. This role may require the successful candidate to undertake a small amount of out-of-hours support. In recognition of this, we actively support flexible work arrangements and offer time off in lieu to ensure our team enjoys a healthy work-life balance.
To be considered for this role, we'd love to see your administration and support experience with the following:
Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
Active Directory/EntraID, Intune, Identity Management policies, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Print

IT infrastructure including servers, storage, printers and networking
Virtualisation experience such as Hyper-V, VMware or Proxmox
Firewall management in a multi-site WAN environment
Backup and Recovery solutions and processes
Cybersecurity best practices and training solutions

In addition, you'll also be able to demonstrate:
Strong character, equipped to handle negotiations with vendors or consultants.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A cool head under pressure!
Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills.
Consistent reliability and punctuality.

why you want to work at Bulk Nutrients
how your skills/experiences align with our ideal candidate listed above
