Systems Administrator

    Systems Administrator Objective: We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support our clients' internal IT systems and infrastructures.
Reporting to: IT Manager Responsibilities: Administer, support, and upgrade infrastructure systems.
Manage servers, networks, and storage solutions.
Provide top-tier IT support to staff.
Proactively manage daily capacity and alarms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems and services.
Collaborate with the IT team on key projects.
Perform other duties as required.
Knowledge and Experience required: Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Linux, Office 365, MS SQL server .
Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy , and general Microsoft technology.
Experience with TCP/IP, Cisco, routing, and switching .
Knowledge of storage and backup solutions.
Familiarity with cloud services as infrastructure.
High attention to detail.
Polite and professional communication skills via email, telephone, and in-person.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
Teamwork skills, with the ability to work both individually and collaboratively.
A desire to be part of a team striving for market leadership in the legal, conveyancing, or searching industries is an advantage but not essential.
