Green Light Worldwide are partnered with and assisting our client, an Australian company that provides IT Solutions, with expertise in Managed Service, Modern Workplace, Device Procurement, Cloud, Security & Infrastructure. Position:

Systems Administrator in the Managed Services Delivery team. This is a fulltime, permanent opportunity.

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in the efficient prioritisation and resolution of escalated tickets. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment where team members are empowered to deliver exceptional service, both internally and externally, by adhering to SLAs and effectively managing escalations. Collaboration with the Services and Sales departments will be a regular part of your role, requiring you to communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally. Additionally, you will work closely with Presales and Service Delivery Managers, developing a comprehensive understanding of systems and networks. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritization skills will be essential to your success and that of your team. Role Location:

Canberra. Skills, Attributes & Experience:

Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people and mentoring others. Good network, server, and workstation diagnostic skills. Knowledge of the OSI model, switching and internet routing technologies (to junior network administrator level). Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365. Understanding of MS Entra ID/Conditional Access (Active Directory). Moderate understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools. Moderate to high scripting experience in different languages. Able to collate and interpret data from various sources. Ability to assess faults, prioritise, respond and escalate accordingly. Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritisation of workload. Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues. Clear communicator (both written and verbal). Clear documentation skills.
