Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment where team members are empowered to deliver exceptional service, both internally and externally, by adhering to SLAs and effectively managing escalations.Collaboration with the Services and Sales departments will be a regular part of your role, requiring you to communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally.
Additionally, you will work closely with Presales and Service Delivery Managers, developing a comprehensive understanding of systems and networks.
