Bridge the gap between Finance needs and the new system'sfunctionalities. This involves analysing requirements, optimising processes,and ensuring clean data migration. They'll also manage the complexities ofrunning both systems concurrently and support a smooth transition for staffthrough system testing, issue resolution, documentation, implementation, stafftraining and change management initiatives.Ultimately, the SystemsAccountant plays a key role in enabling the Finance department to leverage thenew ERP system for improved financial management.Please refer to thePosition Description for detailed information on this role.About YouOur ideal candidate willbe self-managed and full of initiative. To be successful in this role, you musthave tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in Finance or Accountancy.It is also required that you are either studying towards or already qualifiedas a Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant.Selection Criteria:Tertiaryqualifications or extensive experience in Finance or AccountancyStudyingtowards or qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing AccountantDemonstratedfinancial accounting experience and strong understanding of data analysistechniques.Pastexperience with ERP systems implementations (advantageous).Provenexperience in driving process improvements using proven methodologies such asSIPOC.Stronganalytical and problem-solving skillsAbilityto clearly inform team members and customers using advanced written, verbal andinterpersonal communication skills.Theability to work effectively as a member of a small team, exercising initiativeand judgement whilst working with minimal supervision is required.Provenrecord of exceptional customer service and support skillsDemonstratedability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Experiencewith data cleaning and migration methodologies (preferred).Hours of WorkThis is a permanent full-time position working Monday toFriday, 75 hours over a fortnight with negotiated RDO per fortnightly ormonthly.About the BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $102,973 - $120,067 perannum (depending on skills and experience) plus super.
