A job to be proud of: As our Systems Accountant , you will be at the forefront of implementing our new ERP system, working closely with the Finance & Digital Transformation ERP Project teams and business stakeholders.
Your role will involve analysing current processes, conducting gap analysis, developing user stories, and collaborating with subject matter experts to identify future state capabilities.
In this fixed-term, 2-year contract, you'll be an integral part of a team driving operational excellence and technological advancement within St John WA.
Your contributions will support the seamless integration of the new ERP system, ensuring that the organisation's financial processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our future needs.
What you'll do: Collaborate with Finance SMEs to map processes and identify improvements.
Conduct gap analysis between current and future ERP capabilities.
Develop user stories, test scenarios, and scripts.
Assist in data migration and post-go-live support for seamless integration.
Support all testing phases with scenarios, scripts, and cases.
What you'll need: 5+ years in ERP projects, particularly in finance.
Strong Finance domain knowledge; experience with ERP (Microsoft 365 Finance preferred).
Background in ERP implementation within finance; supply chain/inventory knowledge a plus.
Problem-solving skills and stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication skills and cross-functional team experience.
Proficiency with SQL, MIRO, BI platforms.
Relevant Business Analysis or Project Management qualifications.
