Take the next step in your career as a UKG Systems Administrator at the University of Melbourne. You will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, leveraging the latest Workday, UKG, and Dayforce capabilities. This is a chance to be part of a transformative project that will uplift processes, reporting, and decision-making across HR and finance practices, delivering a seamless experience for our people.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the ST&A Product Owner to ensure solution complianceActing as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving UKG Pro WFM issuesManaging test execution, issue triage, and knowledge transfer activitiesSupporting weekly and monthly pay processes and compliance reportingDeveloping and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-makingProviding end-user support, training, and education on the UKG system and processesYou may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced UKG Workforce Administrator with a passion for driving system excellence and a commitment to delivering compliant, high-quality outcomes.
You may also: Possess a relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experienceHave strong configuration and functional knowledge of UKG Dimensions and workforce planning systemsDemonstrate experience in managing stakeholders, including senior stakeholdersExhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skillsPossess strong written and verbal communication abilitiesShowcase a keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service focusWhat we offer you!
