About the role:Reporting to the National WHSEQ Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create business processes simple and easy to use for internal customers reflecting the Company's values and enhance external customer's experience. The successful candidate for this role would assist the WHSEQ Team review, develop, and implement Business Management Systems and ensure it is maintained. This position will form part of the WHSEQ team and will be based in head office at Dry Creek, SA.
Work Type: Full TimeResponsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:Document control of the Business Management System (BMS) and maintenance of Company's BMS Register of DocumentsAnalysing and evaluating current systems and structures to ensure continual improvement of BMSUpdating system documentation in consultation with the relevant SME(s)Assisting in simplification of systems, process and Change Management processAssisting in implementation of new Business Management System (BMS) processesCarry out internal Business Management System auditing as requiredSupporting and assisting WHSEQ department and other managers in relation to BMS systems and processAssisting the WHSEQ Compliance Lead prepare monthly WHSEQ board reports and Management of ChangePerforming other ad hoc tasks as and when required by the National WHSEQ Manager and WHSEQ Compliance LeadAbout You:To be successful in the role, you will need;
