About you: A degree qualified Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, etc.)A minimum 10 years' experience on complex technical development and integration projectsStrong supervision and mentoring experienceHighly developed English communication skills - written & verbalAdvanced data analysis and model development skillsKnowledge of ANSI/EIA 632 and ISO/IEC 15288Broad understanding of industrial control, operational control, and business systemsA growth mindset with the ability to recognise and seize opportunitiesA strong ability to quickly grasp and articulate technologiesPrior defence programs experienceWhat you will be doing:

Providing a high level of leadership, contributing to and influencing strategy for technologies, product and services;
Leading systems engineering teamsWorking across multiple projects and applying your deep technical knowledge of systems engineering and ASDEFCONProviding mentorship and guidance to engineers and across engineering teamsChampioning the system engineering processDocumenting system designs, safety requirements and specificationsUndertaking testing and evaluation activities on systemsEngaging with key stakeholders and subject matter expertsDeveloping and implementing systems engineering processesAdhering to and ensuring compliance understandingOther tasks as defined by business requirementsThe Rewards:
