This position will advise on and ensure the availability, performance, functionality, security, integrity and integration of cloud services and internal services.What You Will Do:Lead technical initiatives across cloud and internal services, ensuring availability, performance, security, and integration.Collaborate with stakeholders to champion customer-centric solutions, contributing to the strategic vision.Provide thought leadership on technology implementation, business improvement, and process optimisation.Manage critical incidents and ensure business continuity with effective disaster recovery processes and infrastructure lifecycle management.Develop integrations between cloud and on-premise solutions in a hybrid infrastructure.Stay ahead of emerging technologies, providing proactive insights to enhance IT services and systems.What You Need to Apply for This Role:Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience, with formal qualifications in Service Management (ITIL).At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, including 3–5 years in a similar position.Proficiency in technologies such as Windows Domain environments, Microsoft Azure, VMware, and enterprise data protection systems.Experience with scripting tools (e.g: PowerShell, Bicep) and networking technologies (e.g: Cisco, Azure Virtual Networks).Knowledge of enterprise security technologies and application delivery controllers.Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.Sound interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Queensland 'C' Class Driver's Licence.Interested?
